It’s looking like I will NOT be giving my business to Autonation at all. I plan on buying another car in about 6 months to a 1 year. Now I’m expected to come back and wait AGAIN! This is extremely frustrating. Bubbles on the corner and a distortion on the passenger side. After waiting about 4 hours, they come back with a replaced tint that was ALSO NOT DONE RIGHT! They took their tint to some place called “Ellis” and they did not do the job right. We went back to get our tint replaced due to an imperfection. UPDATE: We purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot SE. But, I can promise you I (not we) will not be buying at this Autonation Honda dealership. Now we are here at the dealership trying to get the same car we wanted for the same price. As we finished the paperwork the guy comes and tells us: “The car was sold.” First they tell us one thing and then another. I was told I would be receiving a call from the service manager on Thursday October 14 and have not heard anything after picking up my vehicle. After reviewing my paperwork the charging system shows as not tested which means my alternator was NEVER tested and they are going based off the battery strength in the NEW battery I just purchased so of course it would check out fine. Airbags are basic safety features of a vehicle and it behooves me that something like this would not be covered. Their “warranty” does not cover the airbag replacement so they won’t be doing the work.

I take the car back for the alternator and they advise the alternator is fine but my drivers airbag is bad. The next day my battery dies and I replace it only to find out my alternator is also going bad. I was originally told my airbags weren’t showing any issues and that my battery was going bad. I never had this experience with any others I go to. This is the worst honda dealership I have ever been to. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHAT THESE PEOPLE DID TO MY CAR. Literally an hour later, the light came back on warning me my tire pressure is low. Two of them were very low and the one that was replaced was around 30 psi. I pulled up to the gas station where I met this nice guy who had a tire pressure monitor and checked all the tires. The next day, the TPMS light comes back on and I’m confused. The lady reassured me that they checked all the tires and they were fine. I did not want to keep going to the gas station to refill my tires. When checking out I asked the lady twice if they checked ALL the tires.
I didn’t notice my tire was flat until I got there and only went here because it was the closest location near where I was at the time. I took my 2019 Honda here 11/11/21 after my tire got a flat and the TPMS Light came on.
They are now my goto for maintenance and repair. The waiting area was clean with comfortable seating and areas for television viewing, hand sanitation, internet access and serviced vending machines.
All of the employees wore face covers and maintained comfortable social distancing. I loved my experience at AutoNation Honda on Thornton Road. She checked me out quickly and made sure that I found my vehicle.
She kept me advised of the status of my service and was apologetic for the delay. She responed favorably when I inquired about veterans' or seniors' discounts. On my service day I arrived early, but Heather was there to greet me and get my vehicle in line for service. She got the necessary info from me, advised me of next available apponiments, and followed up with email confirmation of my appointment. She had my attention from that moment on.

She had apparently listened to my message because she told me what the maintenamce code was. Shortly thereafter I received a callback from Heather. When I called to make my appointment for maintenance on my 2018 Honda Accord, I didn't want to hold so I left a detailed message for a callback.
